San Tropez Apartments

It was a great move in everyone was very professional, nice, and made you feel like you were home. They have the office very nice, with coffee every morning if you need a cup before work. They were always there for any question I had within the few days of moving in, everything was perfect I went to buy cleaning wipes to wipe the apartment just in case and I couldn't get not even a little bit of dust or dirt on it. Apartment was perfectly clean and nice I appreciate everything. This is a great apartment complex to move into for any family with great safety features from the locked gate community to the computerized walk-in gate. They even have security coming around three times each night checking card and parking area. Dont want to leave out the nice gym they have for us. Great place to l

I have lived at San Tropez Apartments for 2 years and cannot say enough good things about NEW manager Aurelia. Whenever I have any wrong with my apartment it’s finally getting done , She is incredibly professional and very family oriented and often resolving issues efficiently, and provided clear, consistent communication, Feel great knowing that our complex is in good hands and genuinely care about the residents. I moved into this apartment complex in July 2021, and until recently, my experience had been very positive. The property was previously managed by CONAM Management, and the difference in quality is very noticeable since the transition to the new management company, The Atlas Group. Under CONAM, the complex was well run and organized. They had a reliable 24/7 on-site maintenance technician who was professional, respectful, and efficient, something I especially appreciated as a female resident. Maintenance issues were handled promptly, proper notice was always given before entering units, and communication was consistent through 24-hour notices, phone calls, and text alerts during emergencies. The apartments look nice for sure. Everything they use to fix is cheap materials and the apartments are very old so a lot of stuff is breaking down. When it is fixed it is weeks later. I have gone without AC for a week. I have gone without water for days and without a kitchen sink for a couple of weeks. Management is not organized at all. I currently have a leak in my sink that they had supposedly fix and still have the issue months later. And no one from management has answered any calls at all. The only thing they are ever on top of is increasing the rent. For what they are charging, repairs should be done with prioritization. Especially things like AC and leaks.

*update* Concerns have been corrected and appropriate credits applied. The current in office manager is communicative and pleasant. Nothing will ever be perfect but my overall concerns have been resolved. Sent To The Atlas Group Management team: Hello, I would like to know what is the overall resolve to the water issue. You guys have not set up a communication system, so several times that I have woken up or came home to no water. As of this Friday, there has been no hot water with outside temperatures of 50 degrees or below in winter. This is unacceptable. An official complaint may be made to the city of Fresno for such conditions. What is the resolve, why are tenants being affected excessively by this matter, and what credits will be applied?
