San Remo Apartments

I’m giving a 4 start because honestly old management did absolutely nothing for its residents. but new management ms.Yari has made a deli-gent effort in Turing things around and getting these apartments back to what they should be and her office staff molly are super friendly and professional! The new maintenance team honestly is doing their best to get everything fixed as fast as they can!

New management is amazing, they’re so much better with being on top of things and communication. The office staff, Yari and Molly are amazing super friendly and very understanding and willing to help to the best and as fast as possible.

Absolutely the worst place to live. They have a sign that says pet friendly, well they mean roaches and rats included. My kids literally lived a whole month without a refrigerator. The walls are rotting and caving in from the ac unit leaking. You are not able to pay rent with money orders so you have to go to Walmart to pay. Not to mention the amount of trash that is everywhere. The pool should be available in this heat and is never available. They favor they’re friends and workers and ignore the service requests if you’re of color. And God forbid if you go in and complain because they look at you like you’re in the wrong. There is also some mailboxes assigned that have no doors, and they can’t do anything about it. Our apartment has missing drawers. Our apartment got flooded everyday fro

After 2 years i have yet to receive my deposit back and i left the apartment in better condition then i received it in. The units are dirty and infested, the staff unknowledgeable, management doesnt care if you are unhappy its just a job to them. If your car is without a tag for any reason or any time at all , expect it to be towed. If you use their apartment portal online to use reviews and or get information as a resident, all or the staff is rude and they try to bully the other tenants which is a whole different issue. Management doesnt care so the tenants dont care. Trash in the streets, children running through parking lots and up and down unit stairs. And to top it all off if you try to reach out to the management or property owner you legitimately cannot get past the front desk. (An

apartments themselves aren’t too bad and maintenance does the best they can, but HOLY AIRBALL the staff in office is 2 kids who do not know what theyre doing or what theyre talking about. they screwed over parking passed and rent for multiple people and they refuse to admit theyre wrong until they prove themselves wrong by actually looking at the lease (that they probably didn’t read or sign anyway)
