San Paseo

I have lived in San Paseo for a month now, & I can say with certainty that I absolutely enjoy living here. Chas, the property manager, was so helpful in making the moving process nice & simple. Before my partner & I moved in, we toured the property with Chas & we noticed him picking up little pieces of trash in the hallway & within the property. We have toured a lot of apartments & no one showed such care as simple as that for their apartments. The property is so well maintained & always clean. My experience with the maintenance team has also been pleasant. They were quick to respond & show up whenever we put in a request. Overall, my experience living here has been very peaceful & joyful. I look forward to choosing to live here for many more years to come.

Good Day Everyone, I've lived here exactly 1 month (2/2/2026 - present). I wanted to see how this apartment was 30 days in before I made a review. This review will be everything you'll need in order to make your decision to live here or not. Due to having false information on my credit report, I had to work diligently in order to get rid of that information to continue any process with any property. Chas (community manager) helped me with this process and never once gave up on me being a lost cause due to the inconveniences I caused Chas. He gave me information to help, phone numbers to call & people to ask for in order to get myself in a better position to have my application approved without issue. The application process was very thorough that assured me of the type of renters they accept. The building has plenty of amenities including a dog spa. This was a plus for me because I don’t have to bathe my dog in my tub. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It is so quiet you hardly hear your neighbors. The covered car ports are a plus as well as the elevators. The apartment is convenient to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. I love it here so far! My only complaint was I had to call for maintenance a few times after only two weeks that’s the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. However they are very quick to respond to any issues you may have. I love that!!!!

Had a very negative experience with Jesus. It is clear they are looking for a specific type of resident. He went above and beyond calling places I did not live. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity San Paseo is NOT the place.

I moved to San Paseo in early February and I love it! I love they have a playground for my babies, super nice common areas, the pool is awesome but the hot tub is the best! The gym is also great with modern equipment. The Echelon mirror is a must try 💪🏼 The person who left a one star review must have been from a different world or something. Everyone here is so amicable and polite. Myra is super sweet with every one. It’s hard for me to believe she made “racial remarks”. Chas is very respectful and makes sure his residents are satisfied with their experience here at San Paseo. Last but not least, Jesus is super friendly and cool. Maintenance crew has been efficient at keeping this place neat, not a lot to do for them… everything is brand new 🌟 Highly encourage you all to stop by and take
