San Miguel Apartments

I have been a tenant here since 2017. I have always tried to be patient and understanding. I do everything on my own as a single mom and I work hard to keep a roof over our heads. I am not someone who complains or asks for extra. I only ask for what is truly needed for me and my kids to live safely and peacefully. But for years I have waited on basic things. I have had a hole in my ceiling for over a year. I have lived without a dishwasher since the day I moved in. I open tickets and they get closed without anything being fixed. I stay quiet and I try to be patient. I remind myself that people are busy. I try to give grace. Yet the minute I have a few things on my balcony or I am moving things around inside my home trying to make it feel peaceful for my family, the notices come quickly.

This property is truly exceptional and provides a welcoming place to call home. Valerie, Clarissa, and Crystal deliver outstanding service and are always available to assist with any needs or questions. The community is beautifully maintained, family-friendly, and ideally located near grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers, making daily living convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend making this your home—you’ll be glad you did.

0 Stars – Very Disappointed I do not recommend renting from San Miguel Apartments. We moved out two months ago, paid the rent as agreed, and returned the keys, but we’re still being charged for utilities we didn’t use, including internet and cable, which we disconnected when we moved out. It’s unreasonable and feels like we’re being taken advantage of. Their contract is overly strict, and they’re not willing to work with you, even if you have an emergency or unexpected situation. Customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. This experience has been extremely frustrating, please think twice before renting here.

i highly recommend renting at San Miguel Apartments. The office staff is always very helpful and made my move in process smooth. Maintenance completes work orders in a timely manner and I've never had to call them back for the same issue.

This is an amazing property that you can call home. Valerie, Clarrisa & Crystal offer excellent service and always are there to answer any questions you may have. This is a very nice property, family oriented with an excellent location that is close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers.
