San Marin Apartments

San Marin is a place I call Home. I have lived here over a year. I moved in last September and just resigned a new contract for this year overall, the living conditions of this apartment it’s been wonderful not to mention. I have a full-size washer and dryer at my disposal. It has all the amenities that I’m looking for plus it’s a pet friendly community and both my dogs and myself are very happy here from the Maintenance to this office staff everyone has been wonderful and maintenance issues are addressed immediately. I have overall been very happy living here and I continue to look forward to living here in the future. Thank you San Marin for Allowing me to make my apartment my home.

A few weeks before we moved out, a new family moved into the apartment complex and began smoking marijuana frequently in the stairwell area. Unfortunately, this created a difficult situation because the stairwell was the main path I had to use to enter and exit my apartment. The smell was often very strong, making it unavoidable to pass through. As an active-duty service member, I sometimes had to leave or return home in my military uniform. The odor would linger on my clothing, which could potentially cause issues when reporting to base. Additionally, my wife was pregnant at the time and was also forced to walk through the same area and be exposed to the smell on multiple occasions. The neighbors who stay upstairs is really loud. All throughout the night. You’ll get woken up out of your sleep from them stomping. Called the police still having the same problem. You will not be provided with a noise free apartment. I never stayed at a place where you don’t have control of your AC. The water is constantly being shut off.

TERRIBLE place to rent. Almost everyone in that office is rude . They go to your apartment to “see” what needs fixing and they never come do shit . It’s constant people in and out of your apartment making notes and NEVER fixing They suck at holding themselves accountable for all the shit they don’t fix .ohhhh but they dont forget to charge you for rent and remind you constantly…..but we all have to WAIT for shit to get fixed and replaced? The neighbors are not the problem at all , ITS THE APARTMENTS! START FIXING EVERY APARTMENT & STOP DEMANDING PAYMENTS HERE AND THERE UNTIL YOU FIX WHAT NEEDS FIXING .

Horrible Manager. I am a long term tenant and they charged me 6 months worth of parking even if I canceled already. Do NOT DEAL with these people as they blame you for their incompetence. They will never return your money back. Run away from them!!!!
