San Marco Village Apartment Community

Since, the new management company RPM took over it was nothing but a horror show. Trash wasn't picked up, the washer and dryer never worked. Had to go to the local cleaners, but still had to pay monthly for service. Would not recommend, many other places to rent around San Marco for the same monthly rent.

My husband and I are both retired and we have been here for a year now. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!! It is so peaceful and tucked away off the main street. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. We haven't had many maintenance issues but when one has risen, staff and maintenance responded swiftly. Clean units and grounds and no rodents, pests or insects EVER. We'll be here for a while ❤️

The new management, especially Mr Zac Thurman has kept an open door policy and has listened to my concerns. The complex has kept us informed of when general repairs or improvements are made on site. Also when valet trash was discontinued, a reduction in rent was granted. It’s a challenge running a complex but they seem to care about the residents and their concerns. The location is very nice and on the bus line as well as near the San Marco Square and parks. Pet friendly too.

I've been living here for almost a year and I can say that this is the most amazing experience I've ever had. From the leasing office to the maintenance department!!!! If I need something done Carlos goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. The community is very great. Don't have to worry about anything negative. So amazing I decided to extend my lease. Carlos has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for letting me live here!!!!!! It's truly a blessing to have such a wonderful place to call home especially nowadays!!!!!!!

Thank god for the New Owner! Still a work in progress considering the condition it was handed over in! But I am much happier with how things are being ran now!
