This is the worst property management company I’ve ever worked with. I rented a unit from them many years ago. At some point there was a major leak due to a structural issue. It damaged furniture and electronics. I asked them to repair it and they delayed for several weeks resulting in black mold being present in the apartment. After much complaining they sent someone to do repairs but they never finished and never cleaned up the mold. I started depositing my rent with the clerk of courts. They attempted to evict me but under the Florida Landlord Tenant law they were unable to. If I didn’t know my rights they would have ruined my credit and reputation. Stay away. They seem okay until something goes wrong.

I’m about a week post move-in. I dealt primarily with Dee, and had some interaction with Katie at the front desk. Both were very courteous and helpful. I like that they allow you to hold up to 4 sets of house keys for 24 hours (they make a copy of your ID and request to hold $20. You get your $20 back as you return the keys). I got to see prospective apartments at my leisure without having to coordinate a meeting time with a leasing broker. I’d recommend. Fingers crossed that I won’t have to update this review!

I suppose it depends on who you are. I have been with this property for over a year now. I got a fantastic deal, love my apartment, the employees are super nice, they always send someone out to fix my problems within 2 days, and they work with me on matters of payments. The apartment had some issues when I moved into it but I documented everything and brought it to their attention and they did as much as they could for me. I don't know what happened with the rest of the people below, but I have had a great exprience with this company.

These people do not care about you nor your family’s health or wellbeing! All they want is your money! Our property that we rented was complete garbage! Our roof leaked in several different rooms for at least the first year. The new roof was already caving in by the time we left a year after. We had water coming in through the floor and they never repaired anything! All they do is send an old man out for repairs but he only does cover up fixes so he has a reason to get up the next morning! They are all very rude, talk to you like you’re stupid, like you have no idea how to screw in a lightbulb! Very infuriating experience! When we first moved in, MOST of the lights were not properly wired and that goes throughout the entire house. We’ve had brand new TVs blow out because of bad wiring. The

This is a terrible property management company. I moved out over 100 days ago and still have not received my security deposit back. The apartment was clean when I left and they never even notified me within 30 days of me moving out of any issues - which is required by law. I've emailed more than one employee there to discuss the situation but I guess they just don't mind breaking the law. I always paid rent on time, never caused any problems, and left the place spotless, but they're just out to rip you off. Do NOT give them any money for a security deposit, unless you're don't care if you ever get it back. Trust me, you won't get it back from them. RIDICULOUS!!!
