Vanessa made my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. She was professional, responsive, and truly helpful every step of the way. What really stood out was her kindness after I moved in. Following a snowstorm, she personally shoveled the pathway and stairs with her family to make sure everything was safe. That level of care goes above and beyond. This company is great except their manager at Villa Rosas. The manager has a really rude attitude toward people, get offended easily when we ask her question, and she likes to get into everyone business. Better to avoid her if possible but if not then try to look for an apartment somewhere else beside here. Been talking to a lot of resident that live here long and they alway complain about her and her attitude. This summer is gonna be my last renewal contract so I’m moving somewhere else with better friendly manager. Looks like a lot of us resident is move out soon during summer. Better to replace or change the manager than losing a lot of resident and rent money.

Been living at Villa Rosas on Lane Ave for a long time and the new manager Shirley is a very aggressive lady. Every question you ask her. She always use a very aggressive attitude and answer back quickly like she knows everything and say this and say that. Lucky, we move out as quickly as possible since this manager is the worst manager ever. I don’t know who hired her, but looks like she is in the wrong line of work here. I will move back here again when they hired a new manager again. Don’t want to live here if new manager Shirley is still here. She just lost a good long tenant since all the manager that I been with is nice and understandable not like this new manager Shirley her attitude, behavior, and even her looks is aggressive. Beauty property to rent in Villa Rosas, but just an inappropriate controlling and rude manager. She be calling us on the phone saying we can’t do this and we can’t do that. Whatttt in the name is going on with her. Also, being disrespectful by saying things that can hurt people feeling. Before she started working here. All the Manager that been thru here just let us be and we be happy because we don’t bother anyone. Since this manager came in. She be bossing/controlling strictly us tenant around and such thinking she the boss and knows everything, but we as tenant has been here longer than her and we intend to be here long after she leave, too. She think she is way better than us. Better to go somewhere else since this property started to look like a prison than a place call home since she
