San Juan Title

I am very surprised by the negative reviews for San Juan Title. My experience has been nothing short of exemplary. When you call San Juan Title, someone picks up the phone. Instead of droning number selecting options, Ned answers. Ned is also very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help you. I would recommend San Juan Title to anyone needing Title Services. BTW, I am writing this 9 months post close after having another conversation with Ned and he continues to serve... Thank you San Juan Title, Ketch

My experience is Just like the other reviewer-such a nightmare! For 60 days Jody knew we wanted to close before Thanksgiving. The week before Thanksgiving she ‘pretends’ to be on it. My bank prepared daily settlement documents adjusting interest and taxes. Jody provided no communication and postured to the realtor and the bank that the financial documents were not received. This went on for a week. Closing will be happening ( hopefully on the last day of the P & S agreement- although this was not what the buyer or seller agreed on or anticipated. If you are forced to use this company: ask for a signed timetable up front and make sure the penalty for blatantly disregarding the timeline with no communication is a waiver of her fee. And good luck. You will need it.

Worst service! No one communicates internally and they wait until the last second to do everything! Will NEVER use again.
