San Jose Villas

I really enjoyed living in San Jose Villa. I lived there a little over 3 years It is a great community. Staff is really nice. Maintenance was well kept the apartment if anything went wrong. They were fast to fix it. I really enjoy my stay in San Jose Villa.

I was there for about 3yrs. The townhouses are nice and the grounds are kept up for the most part. I had my car stolen from my stall and before that I had my side drivers side window smashed but that can happen anywhere in Fresno or yes even Clovis. The biggest down side of the property is that there is zero guest parking but you do get a stall and all units come with an attached single car garage. Overall I liked living there and it was just me alone so the size was perfect.

I had a great and pleasant experience living here, we never had any problems, very nice and quite neighborhood. Staff is also friendly. When there was an issue, maintenance was quick to respond and to get it done. I would highly recommend the San Jose Villas. I moved out because I got a house, otherwise we would still be living there.

The apartments are nice and quiet. But the management is the worst. They will blatantly lie about policies and procedures. They never fixed the problems in my apartment and they will take advantage of you if you’re not well versed on rental laws in California. The apartment manager lied about receiving my income then rushed my move in date knowing I needed to claim that income so she could keep my double deposit. Liars and no accountability. I will be opening a page to list my texts showing how she lied and then backtracked later on.

We absolutely love our townhome! It is very modern inside and also very spacious. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large! Management has been great and any little problem we have, they get on it right away and fix it for us! There isn't much noise that goes on in the complex which is also nice. My only complaint is not being allowed to have pets and also the guest parking is a bit awkward. Other than that we are very happy here! :)
