Great experience closing on a home! Friendly service.

I closed on my house Dec 20th 2024 and I am to receive back $68 from the earnest money I put down. The check was issued and mailed to me under mine and my wife's name. I endorsed the check and mobile deposited it in my bank on 12/30. On 01/03 the deposit was taken out because San Jacinto bank did not release the funds because both parties did not endorse the check. I had no clue that we both had to sign , that was not told to us. When I reached out to see what can be done Edna Rodriguez with San Jacinto title says that a $35 stop payment will be charged and the difference sent in another check that will be mailed to me. Why is there a $35 stop payment of the payment is already stopped? Since I have gotten this house, I have been nickeled and dimed on every part of this process. If I had

Sadly this people cant do they job correctly.I send the money and paper work in time and now I have to wait the whole weekend before I recive my new home keys becase they havent done their part and the seller havent recived the money, this is very immature and not proffecional at all very frustrating avoid these people at all cost
