Make sure you are aware of what type of payments they accept before you go as they do not inform customers in their emails / letters. I suggested they might want to inform customers of their policy regarding payment forms in the emails / letters they send. The reply I received from the receptionist was “do you have a realtor?” I felt the response rude, not very understanding, and ignored.

Please, do yourself a favor and do not engage this title company. My experience has been that the agents representing the title company have been negative and evasive in answering my title concerns about Schedule "B" exclusions. I recommended consulting an attorney if you use this title agent. My experience was so negative that I canceled them two weeks before the proposed closing date. I would rather not purchase than use this company!
