My wife and I love the San Isabel lake area, we found a cabin in this area. We highly recommend Mr. Guy Richter from San Isabel Realty. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make the purchasing process easy for us. Guy is honest, kind and has integrity. We have giving him a five star rating all the way. He made it a pleasant experience. :)
My wife and I found a cabin in the San Isabel area, using the San Isabel Realty website. From our first meeting with Guy, we have had nothing but great service. We happily bought the cabin we found on the web site. Guy not only helped us through the entire buying process but has helped us continually since. When we need an electrician, plumber, etc. we have called Guy for suggestions. Without hesitation, he has always given us great information and advice about the area. He has truly become a great friend through this process!
Guy has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to provide great information, real expertise in all the little details of cabins, mountains, etc. He really knows the area, what to look for and any problems that might be there. He thought of several things about water wells, trees, etc. that I never would have thought about. But best of all he is completely honest and trustworthy. I would certainly use him again!
We would recommend Guy Richter to anyone wanting to buy or sell property in Southern Colorado. He kept us informed every step of the way. He is professional,kind and on top of what is going on in the mountain real estate scene. He did a wonderful job from start to finish. Great help with our cabin purchase, county, water, trees, etc...! Haven't ever had a better realtor; honest and fair! Give Guy a call leave a message and check the website. Houses don't last long when they go up for sale in this area and families tend to hang on the their beautiful assets.
