San Fernando Valley Northgate Apartments

This apartment complex was the perfect fit for me when I moved to this state in February 2022. The management team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable when showing me the various floor plans offered at this location. The custodial and maintenance staff are dedicated in maintaining the property with the highest regard to curb appeal and are fast and efficient in remedying maintenance issues! The entire staff makes themselves available to help assist in making your home, your castle. The best part of this property is that the have a Team that welcomes you whenever they see you and call you by name......a great place to call home!

Apartment Manager Anne Miramonte always unlawfully enter our apartment without notice nor any permission. The manager Anne Miramonte used the apartment security cameras for her own benefit to see who leaves the apartment so she can enter and steal our jewelry, money, Dvd's movies, Cd music's even our groceries for instance Milk eggs her favorite real maple syrup etc so she wont have to go to the market! When I had my sister were my clothes and glasses to pretend she was me and left with my husband The Mgr Anne Miramonte did not waste any time when entering my home! I was hiding in the downstairs closet storage room waiting for the manager Anne to enter unlawfully which she did using her master apartments master keys. Caught her in the act stealing our items and food etc from my home she be

No internet as promised and thermostat works intermittently, but maintenance says Im crazy. One thing I will say, Rowena in the management office is super friendly and wants to do right by all tenants.

They manage great apartments in the Valley. Amazing prices and apartments!
