San Elizario Palms Apartments

This place is not good to live in specially in the summer because the A/C makes it worse, very humid. Manager is ok, but lacks property management skills. They have so many rules that are not implemented, such as minors being out playing without adult supervision; kids are always alone in the playground running around all over the parking lot knocking on doors and they never do anything about it. They also do not allow pets, and a lot of people have dogs in the property that don’t clean after them. Did not receive the apartment as clean as they claim they are, yet they are charging me $150 to “clean and disinfect” the apartment. Left it clean, but still want to charge me for it. My experience has been wonderful! Andrea has been a delight to work with throughout the entire leasing process she made it smooth and easy. I am very appreciative of the courteous and friendly attitude.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A HEAT STROKE INSIDE YOUR HOME. Poor management always want to give violations and take your money. They don't care about the tenants living there with "swamp cooler airs" while the office has refrigerated air. They WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT BACK THEY WILL TRY THERE BEST TO KEEP IT . TRUST ME YOU WONT WIN . DONT BELIEVE GO AHEAD AND RENT GOOD LUCK .

I have been kicked out from my apartment complex due to a personal vendetta with the new manager, Andrea Salcedo and now me and my daughter have been struggling to find a new place during holidays! Andrea Salcedo is motivated to do her manager skills when she knows she's harming someone else! And thanks to me, FINALLY there cleaning the back part that for years it was never taken care for !!!

My experience here has been amazing thus far! Andrea is super friendly and attentive. Overall, I have been very happy every time that I visit.
