Sam Maverick Apartments

Apollo towing is illegally patrolling parking lot of apartment and towed my car in the middle of the night due to “not being virtually registered”. A couple months ago Norma informed me and a couple residents that our vehicles aren’t required to be registered here at SAM MAVERICKS APARTMENTS. The tow company is charging me $330 to get my car out and says the apartment has nothing to do with my car being towed then WHY ARE THEY TOWING AND HOW WOULD THEY KNOW MY CAR IS NOT REGISTERED IF THEY ARENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE APARTMENT???! I’ve been having my car for a little over 3 weeks and spontaneously my car is towed on a random Saturday morning.

Very disappointed by the way I’m being threatened here not gonna put my address or apt number but I’ve been here sense June I use to work maintenance I know for a fact it don’t all this time two get me two kitchen drawers my dish washer never been put together I’ve sent so many emails about my Breaker box, you can hear the electricity crackling. I have to come home from work. Working 10 hours just to turn Knobs on breaker box back-and-forth to turn my AC on there is a shortage in my breaker box you can hear from upstairs my kitchen sink leaks my bathroom sink leaks, but it’s crazy nobody has tried to fix it but I get texts Emails about Getting evicted over the late charges, I was charged for my rent (171.00) one month (75.00) another month I’ve been charged late fees and I don’t thank that

If I could give no stars I would! Save yourself and DO NOT rent from this place. Management does not care for you only the money they receive. It’s ROACH infested to which they WONT help you with. They have electrical issues to which again they will NOT help you with. They honestly need to shut this place down and get under a new company who actually cares. Run Run Run far as you can from this place especially if you have pets or children this is not a good environment for them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY THESE APARTMENTS ARE FULL OF CRAP. THEY DRY WENT UP ON MY RENT FROM PAYING 1300 TO 1900 FOR A SMALL TWO BEDROOM AND ONE BATH THEY LIE TO YOU DO NOT FIX ANYTHING ITS ROACH INFECTED THEY SHOULD BE KNOCKED DOWN AND UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
