Salzedo In the Gables

NO gas for 7 months = no hot water, no cooking , no washing and drying from Feb to Aug. Now it's middle of Nov and , guess what, no hot water again. The ineptitude of the management company, along with the lack of consideration, and Rebecca's less than friendly attitude has caused me to write this. We have a leaking pool since I moved in 2 years ago. There is no one that cleans here and when the elevator got stuck a couple of weeks ago with an old man in it,it took fire rescue hours to get him out, only to learn that the elevator hadn't been inspected and was out of code. If you're thinking of moving to the Gables and you like hot water, or cooking on a stove, or coming home to a clean building you'd probably have better luck elsewhere.

Since the new association took over, things are really improving. Nice and quite building. The area is really great.

This is an old building, but the new association is doing a really good work, excellent location
