The quality of work and depth Pete goes into is completely unmatched! For my fiancé and I getting into our first home he truly went above and beyond to take time going through everything in detail and making sure we fully understood and were completely confident in what we are getting into. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the quality of the home inspection conducted at our current property. While I understand that a home inspection may not always reveal every detail within a home, I believe that it should at the very least identify severe, obvious, and unsafe conditions. Specifically, the inspection failed to report the significant rust damage on the furnace, which we were forced to replace within the first week of moving in. This oversight has caused considerable inconvenience and financial strain on our family. This has basically ruined what should be a great time for my family. Not to mention the never ending surprises. Terrible Sellers who happened to find just the right inspector.

We had our home inspection yesterday and it was a really enjoyable experience. Pete was thorough, explained the issues, and gave great maintenance advice. Pete is knowledgeable and explains issues and suggestions in a way that made sense and was easy to follow. We will definitely use Saltness again if we need an inspection.
