From Melanie the planner, Carl the architect and Sal and Frank with the behind the scenes this well oiled machine helps a house to get built in no time with no issues from point A to Point Z. Would work with them again! Excellent crew!

I had a home built with Salt Air and they made it a smooth process. The process was explained from beginning to end as far as time frames and expectations. I had a custom home built and they listened to my needs and incorporated everything into the home. I have been in my home a few years now and have not had any issues. We closed on our house in July of 21 and still have unresolved issues. I've been through the buying and even building process before but my experience with salt air and their realtor has been absolutely insane from start to... Never even finishing. So many things installed incorrectly or not installed at all, broken items, cracks, leaks. The communication is terrible. I would have to reference questions or requests multiple times before getting a response. Waiting times for repairs were long and half the time they didn't even show up. Their foundation repair man told me he wasn't coming to an appointment the morning of because "he hadn't been paid for the previous leak he fixed" And we still have a hole in the wall from our last leak.
