Salix on Vine

I’ve already been approved, and the process was quick and easy. I can’t wait to get the keys to my apartment at Salix on Vine Apartments. My mom lives just 2 minutes away, which makes it even better. Jessie was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.

While I did the application in person I keep getting the run around it not being open for move ins. I would like to speak to someone who is actually handling move ins and not people who I believe are scamming people out of they information or deposits because something fishy doesn’t seem right

I had a great experience discussing this new apartment community near Kissimmee with Jesse and the property manager. Well designed and well priced units with wifi and laundry.

This is a scam. I drove an hour to toward the place, calling them nobody’s answering because I cannot locate the building

This place and its staff are exceptional. It's brand new and just opened, which explains some initial challenges with answering the phone and returning calls. They’re in the process of switching offices and these issues will improve I'm sure. Anissa stands out with her excellent service. We just left and had a great experience.
