Bad at management. Nancy made the board do significant research for contracts and spend serious time helping manage and get alternate quotes. Lacked knowledge of the condo docs. Almost cost us a lot of money when she didn't verify property lines. Board members need to constantly be on top of this company. Nancy consistently fed into board drama and did not bring a professional stop gap. Salisbury blames the board and parrots that they are not responsible, that these are all board decisions and not their fault. Sounds logical, except board members are volunteers who make informed decisions, not professionals or paid management experts. Uninformed, bias-entertaining, and bad management are the root problem. I have had numerous bad interactions dealing with this management company- if you would like a good idea of how they operate, look at the reviews below. I reached out to Nolan Gauthier over email regarding changing the name on the portal. I was asked for additional information, which I then provided, and was ignored. I followed up at the end of the month, then again a month later in October. After 3 ignored emails, I called the office almost 2 months later and was immediately given an attitude and told he sent the task off to someone else at the company who has access to the portal, but would not give me their name. This company is only concerned with making themselves money and the ease of their own lives. At the complex where I live they only enforce rules and regulations if they are easy to enforce. They will do whatever they can to avoid responsibility for any maintenance issues. They have illegally refused to share the names of the board of trustees when I have attempted to escalate any issues or concerns that I have. They do not answer the phone even during listed hours of availability, and they do not call back (maybe if you’re lucky you’ll get an email in return.) I hang my laundry neatly on a rack in the sun for two hours on a large open lawn less than two feet from my patio and I’m getting emailed notifying me I’m going to be fined but there is frequently (weekly) clothing left on the ground

Do not work with Salisbury Management. They don't communicate with owners and you will be slapped with a lien rather than give you a phone call. They were emailing a wrong address and then I ran into problems.

My wife and I have owned our condo in unit in Worcester for 30 years. I have seen management companies, managers, etc. come and go over the years. Salisbury Management, Inc. has been the best for us in my opinion. I have served on the board, in past for several years, and have seen and experienced the value that a good management company makes in the quality of our condo living experience. This company is definitely a good one. They try hard to service every individual needs the best they can. Despite the fact you can't please everyone all the time they, put great effort into the management process. I personally have found from the owner, Bob to the VP, Justin, to the inhouse maintenance crews, and to our assigned property manager, Lisa everyone is professional, polite, and responsive. T
