Salisbury Homes - St. George

The experience with Salisbury Homes was less than memorable as well as lacking in their claim to work with Veterans. The claim on their new development only pertains in so much as long as the company commitments engage profit making instead of ACTUALLY helping to work with Veterans. The inability of some Veterans to obtain immediate financing is a deterrent that immediately halts any attempts by Salisbury Homes to proceed with any sale of a home. Although the claim to work with Veterans is advertised, it is far from actuality.

This community has largely been lied to and ripped off by Salisbury in a number of ways. I have attached some images to this review to support these claims and show what type of builder they really are. I had a home built by Salisbury Homes 7 years ago. They pressured me into posting a review within days of taking possession. However, in that short of time the true value was not known. Since then I have had several problems with the home. Some very very expensive repairs. I would say the quality of the work done on the home was very poor. Lots of little things just weren't done right. At the time I didn't know about blue clay soil. I had started to have cracks at the outside windows. I asked their employees about it, and they said it was just "settling". However, I'm pretty sure that they knew it was from blue clay soil. Bought our home a year ago the A/C unit was undersized and hasn’t worked very well since the beginning, it keeps freezing over sailsbury are under warranty to fix it and all they have done is push us off we are getting no help. They keep sending out airworx and all he has done is yell at my husband. We are living in a home that’s over 80 degrees with the a/c at full blast. Not to mention when we first moved in they forgot to insulate our attic which they did fix and I wouldn’t complain about if they were any help at all with getting our a/c figured out! Do not buy with them the quality has been very poor!
