Salida Ridge Apartments

I am so impressed with the management at Salida Ridge Apartments. Jessica and Bryan Adams do such an amazing job keeping these apartments nice and clean. They don’t tolerate rift raft from anyone in order to keep it safe and comfortable for the low income and disabled tenants. They really are an asset to this company or apartment complex. They are very kind considerate straight forward and professional at all times I’ve come into contact with them. I just don’t understand why anyone would have anything negative to say about them and their conduct. They are absolutely amazing. I know I couldn’t so it managing so many different types of people and their problems especially financially but these guys manage to ROCK IT and they cease to amaze me all the time in every category of their job perf

Applied to Salida Ridge, but because the wait list was so long, and because I heard that people keep frequently moving out without staying too long, I decided to find residence elsewhere. Something about the place just gave me bad vibes and some of the people there seemed kind of off... Can't quite say why, just didn't like it. UPDATE: I guess it was a good thing I skipped this place because someone who used to live there told me about suicides happening in that place 😬

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Just because it’s new, doesn’t mean it’s fabulous. I have things that have not worked since day one and management continues to ignore it. Maintenance will just “show up” to do maintenance. Management changes items in the lease as they see fit, such as the “no smoking within 600 ft. of the building.” Now, smokers are allowed to smoke on their patio. No problem especially if you’re a non smoker who loves the fresh air blowing in with a gust of smoke, cigarette or otherwise, every few minutes. This is one among many. The manager is constantly speaking down on the new owners as if they don’t care about residents, only money. So long Salidaridge! Jessica, on your 3rd day on the job. I went to your office, I told you that I was a smoker and that I also smoke pot. Your knee jerk reaction was "me too". And from that moment (I had your permission to smoke in my apt.) After your heated outrage yesterday only thing you could throw my way was the fact that I answered the door to 2 of your inspections with a cigarette in my hands (with your permission). You are responsible for all the extra people here. You honestly believe that your here to save people. I have often heard you say "you know these people so they are ok." Nice new everything I like it! Beautiful views. I'm adding to my review from a year ago when I moved in. Salida Ridge is a very nice place to live and of course there will always be problems on an apartment complex. I am so pleased with the manager and maintainance side of things I have always lived in a house and for the last 15 years I lived with my aging father. He never got around to any "honey do's" pretty much after my mother passed away so to be able to put in a request and have it taken care of right away and at NO COST is a great perk Brian does a terrific job and he is alway happy to help. Jessica is also always happy to help and is a wonderful manager I couldn't ask for two better people to watch out for me and I'm sure that there are others who feel the same. We all are VERY
