I have been a Real Estate Agent for 30 years and I have worked with nearly ALL the Title Companies in South Jersey and I KNOW what to expect. My experience with this Title was incredibly HORRIBLE! I was the Listing Agent and the Selling Agent and in charge of the entire transaction. My clients selected this company so I worked with them. The first thing I told Sherry Black was NOT TO ORDER THE DEED. She went behind my back and circumvented me and ordered the Deed. They didn't process ANYTHING ELSE OR DO ANYTHING RIGHT like the other Title Companies do. So we didn't make our closing date!!!!!!! They didn't order anything they were supposed to and she DID order Deed. Then she went so far as to tell my clients, I probably wouldn't attend closing!!!!!!! I was STUNNED!!! I have NEVER MISSED a
