I actually live here, and this review is extremely exaggerated and misleading. The office staff—especially Jarumi—has always been one of the most professional, respectful, and kindest office staff we’ve had. She’s just doing her job. Parking rules are clearly stated in the lease and posted around the property. If you don’t follow them, yes, your car can get towed. That’s not “toxic,” that’s accountability. Complaining about the rent is wild too. No one forced you to sign the lease. If you think you’re going to leave and find something significantly cheaper and better, good luck—because it definitely won’t be a 5-star home either. That’s just reality. This reads like someone mad they were held accountable and decided to lash out instead of taking responsibility. Follow the lease you agree

Don't TRUST JARUMI! She is horribly toxic she wants the rent money but she sets you up to have your car towed so you can't get the rent money because you are missing work OR you have to pay $250 to get your car out the tow pound! She litterally calls the tow company and give them your address to take your car. Funny thing is she is enforcing towing cars for sticker violation but HER CAR INSPECTION IS PAST DUE and it has been for months. She is a hypocrit, she parks her car here daily and her inspection is VOID but she wants your inspection to be current. How unfair is management for allowing this behavior it's like they want you to fall behind on rent just because you don't have a darn parking sticker from the community. She litterally puts a HIT ON YOUR CAR, a TARGET to get your car taken

We live here but don't want these people to retaliate toward us...when you speak out people get upset. Notice all the reviews posted THE SAME DAY to cover up the bad reviews....all of her friends covering up for her. Tenants talk to each other. Tell them about that list of addresses she handed over to the tow company to tow cars of tenants who did not have time to get the parking sticker due to working. Half the parking lot was empty it looked like a ghost town! Jarumi is bad for this community. Tenants are saying they don't want to live here anymore because of her. I agree she gives your address to the tow company to tow your car bc you don't have the Salem Fields sticker in your car. How is this known when you go to pick your car up from them they stated it. We ended up not applying here but I had to take my time and write a review because the property manager was just absolutely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She was very informative, honest, and well mannered. Answered all our questions and overall It was a pleasure meeting her. I noticed a bunch of bad reviews underneath, and I just couldn’t believe it cause it did not match the person that I met. Further looking into these reviews it looks to be multiple fake accounts. I don’t know what happened, but it seems like somebody has a personal grudge against her and is taking their time to harass and defame her. That is all, just wanted to make sure I leave my positive words and bring light to the situation under these reviews.

Jarumi has been amazing to work with. She is fair and consistent across the board, and always answers in a timely manner! Totally enjoy working with her. Maintenance team- Nick & Joey are the hardest workers I have ever seen. They are always on top of work orders and the grounds consistently look pristine. 10/10!
