The Best in the Business! I've worked with numerous builders over the years and nobody builds a better house than Sal Paone Builder. From the design stage and all the way through the construction process everyone in the builder's office is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend!

Decent builder. Better to deal with the father than the son, however, neither are readily accessible. I and other homeowners have had several issues with them. For example, no ladder placed on egress well, they said it was up to code and wasn't needed. The height missed ladder requirement by 1 inch. Crown molding in family room absent. Subcontractors are shady and difficult to deal with. I feel they should vet their subcontractors better. They prevented homebuyer from building 2 models together, then proceeded to build several exact same models in a row to maximize profit. Many other examples. House itself is overall satisfactory. Dealing with the company definitely subpar, but of course they claim customer satisfaction is high priority.
