Saint Georges Apartments

This is the best I could give them as far as stars. The people in the office is terrible. They have a app for you to use ( which is best) to report maintenance problems. The problem is they rather be cheap and do patch jobs instead of fixing the problems. And every time they get a great maintenance person they fire them for doing there job. Its mice infested and its horrible. . And they definitely over charge for the remodel homes. They cut off a lot of space. On the plus side the finishes they chose were great.

The outside of these buildings do the inside no justice at all! At least not from what I saw. White wood floors, natural light (small rooms though) but just a pleasant surprise when you walk through. I've no idea the cost as I was visiting a friend but it looked very expensive. I found myself wondering how he was affording it.

St George's complex is not bad for the monthly rent..i paid $550.00 to move in and ended with paying $609.00 ...lived there for 8 years..neighbors were friendly but not nosey...no problems with roaches..every once in a while a mouse would come into view..overall a good complex..maintenance would respond as soon as possible..very few rent increases..just a little hard to get out parking lot when it would snow on a high level..overall decent apt complex to live in...4 stars..YC

The apartments within this area are spacious, clean, and the neighborhood is overall sound. Access to nearby supermarkets and laundromats may require a car.

Not the worst place to live or visit friends/family. Traffic does go by the buildings quite fast, so be careful.
