SageWater Village

I absolutely love these apartments. The location is sweet listening to the band in spring and summer nights are the best. The Pool is amazing . the maintenance is very efficient and friendly. I love going for walks in the morning around the pond . it definitely feels like home to me and I just renewed my lease.

Management has been horrible. I have been overcharged for pet rent for 7 months when I had a written note stating I no longer had the dogs. Then was lied about receiving a credit and when Erica finally gave me a credit it never showed up because then for some reason I was charged $230 for water and then another $50.70. Trying to get things done in a timely manner always was a problem. They would consistently tell you they were going to handle something and it would never get done. Harassed me about balcony curtains and allowed other neighbors right next to the office to have the exact same ones. I like where this place was located but trying to get the management team to do anything for.me was excruciating. Asking to actual speak to someone above the assistant manager was impossible, so I

Amazing place to live/Definitely renewing. Been here for almost a year. Super clean complex (no bugs/no trash, nice neighbors). 24hour gym. Excellent Maintenance. Grrreat staff and management. Huge Kitchen -I love to cook so this was a big deal for me and something my last apartment lacked.

The entire staff here is absolutely fantastic!! Always so kind and helpful! The entire office staff is so willing to help! (Especially Jake) And I must do a huge shout out to the Maintenance team! They are ALWAYS super fast to respond to any maintenance request! Omar is simply the best you could ever ask for! Alfredo is also just awesome! They are so very efficient and so nice! When they come in to repair it’s like having a friend stop by ♥️ I am so thankful and blessed for living in such a wonderful community!!!

We just want to thank the maintenance staff and office staff for their prompt and excellent service! Our AC unit was not blowing cold and our apartment was turning into a sauna. The staff was on it as soon as possible!
