What a gem of a place! It was ideally situated near Mesa Verde and was a serene, lovely spot to spend the night before our early rise for Mesa Verde. The accommodations are very nice, the home is well-equipped, and the setting is beautiful. We happened to be there on a night when there was a meteor shower. We stood outside, gazing at the Milky Way, with the occasional shooting star. We wish we had stayed an extra day to really enjoy the setting. Wonderful and friendly hosts. Thank you!

Nick helped us renovate a home we purchased in Cortez, CO. His team started demo 3 days after we closed on the property and completed a thorough renovation on an agreed upon timeline so we could move in prior to the start of the school year. Nick is a great communicators online (we were working overseas during the renovation) and in person. He has a talented team of carpenters and contractors and is an excellent leader, project manager, and creative problem solver. His fees are fair and transparent. I cannot recommend Nick and the team at Sage Properties more highly.

Sage Properties saved our lodge last winter when the roof collapsed. We contacted many contractors and Sage Properties were the only ones who came up with a plan to get it done in time for us to be able to open the summer. The lodge looks absolutely beautiful and we are forever grateful for their diligence in getting it done in time for us to open. Thank you guys!

I recently converted a home into a rental property in Cortez. Unfortunately, living in Denver made this not so easily done. Luckily for me, I chose to utilize Sage Properties! They had the best response time, gave good advice on the fix-up and they were very professional. Oliver said he thought that the place would rent for $1300, at least $1200, once I went with his suggested repairs (which his team did, professionally) including new flooring, carpets, etc. Well, I was delighted to hear that we got it rented for $1500, in winter, no mean feat...

We have very much enjoyed working with Sage Properties. They have taken the burden of the rental situation off of our plate and that has been a huge blessing!! They deal with the renters, (background checks, finances, etc.), the maintenance of inside appliances, listings when the property is empty and more!! I would definitely recommend Sage Properties if you are looking or a property manager for a rental property.
