DO NOT‼️ I repeat do not🚫do business with this company, my property has been sold since September 9th, 2020 and they are still holding some of my money in escrow to “make sure there isn’t any unpaid water bills”. I have purchased and sold several properties in the Philadelphia area and I have never experienced anything like this, I have been in contact with Dawn Alimonti every few weeks since January 2021 and every time I spoke to her she told me she was still waiting for the buyer to send over the water bill, months had passed then(April 2021) finally the buyer sent over a water bill stating that I don’t owe any back money on the water, at that time she told me I had to pay for a new meter for a property I no longer own out of the my money that she’s holding in escrow and I had to wait u
