Sage Pointe Apartments

By far the best apartments I have lived in. We moved here from out of state for a temporary stay until we found a house. They are really making us consider staying longer due to the fact that they fix any little thing that we think isn't correct in a timely manner. After maybe the first 2 months of getting everything together, we haven't had any problems. Granted the gate doesn't work which I think we should get a discount on that because that was a huge point for us to rent here, it's extremely safe and I could literally leave my door unlocked and open every night if I wanted too.

Shout out to our property manager Ms. Cydney. Ever since she took over the complex has been getting better thanks for doing your job can’t speak for all but my family appreciate the necessary changes and work that has been getting done ever since you started managing. Keep up the good work! Shout out to Mr Marcus as well! Work orders get knocked out the 1st time the right way! He deserves a raise! Also can’t forget about the office staff, we are able to walk in and have conversations without feeling like we are a bother. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 tenant always acknowledge the bad but never the good! 😊

Terrible treatment of tenants. Office staff not pleasant to deal with. Property is always dirty-trash all over the grass, parking lot, and breezeways; dog poop all around. They power washed the buildings one time in 4 years. Maintenance rarely shows up; when they do, they do not fix the issue entirely. They have to come back a few times, or just don’t come back. The entry gate is always broke. The pool & “gym” are rarely cleaned properly. Roaches. They do not seem to care about anything except you paying rent. The apartment itself is decent, however, I do not recommend living here.

I’ve been living here for years. This used to be a really, really lovely complex, but not anymore. There's a shooting at least once a week.The premises are filthy, they barely pick up the trash anymore. Cars are getting broken into regularly. People have set the garbage can on fire, the gate entrance has been broken for over a year, and they haven’t fixed it yet. You can’t get rid of the roaches. I’ve never seen them change the water in the pool. The people in the office will hang up the phone on you. Ignore your calls and not listen to your complaints. Maintenance never comes when they say they are. I’m currently looking for a new place because I don’t feel safe anymore, and it’s embarrassing. Do not rent from this complex, or Powers Properties! They say gated community, but the gate has not been working in a long time. Anyone can come in. They don’t care about their own buildings. There is always garbage in the street, bushes, trees, grass, breezeways. They say gourmet kitchen, and all these amenities, but it is not real! Probably why there are limited pictures on the website. The office staff do not respond to tenant’s needs. This place has gone downhill and the rent is up!
