I really enjoy living at Sage Apartments in Arlington, VA. From the time I moved in in January 2025, the experience has been great. Andrea Weekes has been nothing short of amazing—she is consistently helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Most recently, I had an issue with a missing package, and Andrea stayed late to help track it down and make sure it was resolved. That level of dedication and customer service truly stands out. I appreciate the support and positive living experience and would definitely recommend Sage Apartments to others.

It’s been several weeks since the 7th floor HVAC has completely stopped working for ALL occupants living on that floor. It’s super inconvenient and I think it’s something that needs to be noted for people who may want to move into this building. This same situation has happened on other floors as well (which I highly encourage you to read those reviews). The leasing office has stated that they have ordered the part. But there’s no timetable for when things will be fixed. For a building that’s approximately less than 5 years old to already have so many issues that are affecting multiple residents it seems like every week at this point is super frustrating. Will update this post when it’s fixed.

I recently completed a self-guided tour at The Sage in Pentagon City, and it was one of the most disorganized leasing experiences I’ve had. The instructions provided beforehand were minimal and didn’t explain how to access the property — especially concerning given the ongoing construction that completely blocks the main entrance. I had to drive around the community looking for the garage, only to find it inaccessible and with no directions on how to enter. I called the leasing office for assistance, but no one answered. Fortunately, another resident was exiting, and I was able to drive in that way. Once inside, there were no clear directions on where to begin the self-tour. The signage was confusing, and the lockbox for the self-tour key is located in a completely seperate entrance from

The building is really nice with technological amenities and my apartment as one of the biggest and the best one I’d really like it. The leasing office is always helpful and friendly. Maecy and Andrea and Erika are always there when you need help. Maintenance is one of the fastest and mostly come in one day to fix your problem. The only problem is not about the building, but about nearby constructions. Wish they could finish it asap

My unit, and others on the floor, have been without heat for four days, including two in which the overnight temperatures dropped to 18 degrees Fahrenheit, with a real feel of 2 degrees. Yesterday, 12/17, we were notified that the required parts to restore heat would not be available for a week. The building is mitigating with space heaters, which due to their fire and life safety hazards, cannot be operated while the owners are away or sleeping. This has caused my unit to drop to 64 degrees overnight, well below the 68 degrees required by code. This is cold, and as my partner and I are in our 50s and 60s, I am concerned for our health. In addition, tenants bear the additional utility costs of running the space heater, and in my case, I must take leave to remain home so I can operate the
