After looking at several new homes in the area we decided to purchase a Sage built home. It was evident that the quality of this home was far superior to any of the other new houses we looked at. Paul and Eryn took the time to answer all our questions and took care of our very few concerns in a friendly, quick and efficient manner. Would definitely recommend!

Paul built our home back in 2004 and we were delighted with how it turned out. So it was only natural to give him a call when our pool needed attention. Eryn took control of the whole thing as we needed our pavers lifted and relaid along with having the pool resurfaced. Everything was taken care of efficiently and within budget. Eryn called in regularly to check on progress and we are delighted with it. In fact it was completed quicker than we had anticipated. Sage Homes have built a couple of homes for me and they have been of the highest quality. They have withstood major hurricanes with no damage which gives me great peace of mind. Paul helped us build our house and completed it on-time over 5 years ago. Every storm I am reminded how good of a job he did helping us design and build the house of our dreams. Ian, no issues other than the roof shingles were damaged - we replaced with a metal roof (Paul presented this option when we built but we declined, which we should not have.) Helene, no issues and glad Paul designed the floor elevation so the high water levels did not even come close to being an issue. Here we are, going on 6 years and no issues with the house, which I attribute to Paul Jr. and Paul Sr, abilities and attention to detail. Too many details and suggestions by Paul that "worked out well" to mention.
