They roaches are uncontrollable..The property is quiet, but the 13 month rental agreement is not acceptable. You move out in the middle of the month and if you move out two days before your lease is up, they will put a broken lease on your record… they tried to charge you for the two days extra that you moved out 80% of what the original rent is that is unlawful and ridiculous management has a bad way of explaining things to you. One manager in the office told me one thing and then another manager called and told me something totally different and said that they did not hear what the other manager said, and they all were in the office at the time that she said, you will have neighbors who will make Noises stomping and banging and the leasing office will not say anything. Unfair Treatment and Poor Management at Sage Hollow Apartments I am writing this review on my scheduled move-out day, May 7th, to express my utter disappointment and frustration with Sage Hollow Apartments and Chio McLaughlin. Despite my proactive effort to inform the management in person that I would not be renewing my lease, I have been blindsided with an unfair demand to pay an additional 60 days of rent. This demand was based on a supposed requirement for written notice, a stipulation that was never communicated to me during my in-person notification, nor is it mentioned in my lease agreement. Not a place to raise kids. You can smell DRUGS around building Old apartments with roaches.Apts. were "Remodeled" by putting thick paint over rust and mold. Old washer & dryer break often. If you submit a service request they tell you that they don't have enough people to fix broken items and that you have to wait a few days( but charging you rent everyday) Chio is very helpful, but if she doesn't have the resources... Always quick on any maintenance request. Honestly the only bad thing I have to say is there is never parking and if there is your car is in danger of getting nicked or banged by the vehicle next to it from opening the car doors. I’ve noticed many just don’t care or have the slightest amount of common courtesy either. Assigned parking is always a good revenue source or even following through with the towing stickers. They stick the stickers on the vehicles that are either not registered or expired or dilapidated but don’t follow through with the entire process so everyone knows they can get away with it. Also make sure you get lug locks but that’s common for this area I mean, we are off Fuqua. I give kudos to the maintenance men they keep the area picked up of dog poop that the resident’s c
