Changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars, because they have changed both the property management and maintenance management, and so far since then all of the previous issues have ceased. The employees who were rude, insensitive, and careless have been replaced and I couldn’t be happier. I have yet to meet the new property manager but things have already been better, the water hasn’t been randomly shut off since the new management like it was almost daily before, notices are properly delivered to my apartment which was previously always left out for some reason! Now the only thing is to keep the outside a little cleaner and they would be up to 5 stars in my book!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Living at these apartments was the absolute worst experience I have ever come across. Yasleidy, the property manager, is completely incompetent and ignores all of her job duties at all times. She will ignore phone calls, emails, and maintenance requests. Nothing was ever sorted out while we lived there and she made no effort to fix the situation. She also refused to give us our deposit back and claimed it was used for repairing normal wear and tear like carpet cleaning, painting, and standard unit cleaning (which is illegal!). We had several maintenance issues while living there including a broken lock on our mailbox which we asked to get fixed multiple times and nothing was done about it until AFTER some of my medication was stolen out of the mailbox. Krista and Jeff are doing an awesome job. I no longer have to fear of getting beat up by tenants or ganged up by the kids. Neighbors are still noisy without regard to us next door. Difficult when you can't relax having to listen to Banda music every day and let's not forget the weekend. Other than that it's a big change from a year ago. BIG positive change.

I have lived here for 8 years. In the beginning it was not the greatest place. However, they have made some great progress in cleaning up the problem tenants. It's so quiet now and I actually feel safe there. The manager, Yasleidy, is always understanding, kind, and caring. I don't really see myself moving out unless I magically buy a house. LOL

This is a maintenance review strictly, I have nothing nice to say about the current manager so I won’t say anything at all! I had a leak and immediately put in a work order, Josefina came the same day within a half hour of me placing the work order. She was very respectful, efficient, clean and very informative in the process. She knew exactly what the problem was within minutes. She also explained the process and walked me through everything she was doing. I am very pleased with this experience and I appreciate Josefina for doing her job the way she did.
