For 4 years, I have lived in a University City property in Philadelphia; consistent repairs and maintenance, along with the location, were excellent. The quality and attention to detail in the building and units are superb. Unlike many other property management companies in the city, you see many shortcuts in repairs and remodeling in the units and apartments. Not SaffRock, they take the necessary steps upfront to make the quality last and top-quality. I moved to another building they own in South Philly, and like the other building in University City, my experience with them has been solid. The office is helpful when managing a budget. The platform to make online payments and lease signing makes it easy and super convenient. Would absolutely recommend.

recently worked with SaffRock Investments on my first real estate deal. The team was patient and walked me through each step. There were a few minor delays with document processing, but overall the experience was great and I learned a lot about property investing.

They are the worst rental company I’ve ever had to deal with in the US. Avoid them as much as possible. My mom was living there for about a year and a half, and it was a huge challenge. The apartment was not ready for winter. The apartment was not ready for summer. The company was not responsive. In the middle of the winter the heating broke. No one took any responsibility - only lots of excuses and no ownership. One person there came up with the idea of the local heating lamp, which was hugely inconvenient, but still worked. money conversation with Gabriel (who seems to be an owner or something like that) ended up with him pushing back on any expenses. He told me once that “not habitable” was not in the contract. Please avoid

Super helpful when we had problems with another tenant in the building ensuring a peaceful living environment for all. Also the online payment system makes it so easy to pay the rent on time all the time! Quality of the apartment was great.
