I wanted to get somebody that is ASHI certified (not InterNACHI) , and external that does not have relationships with local realtors, so I can get unbiased honest inspection. John was much more than that. He was thorough, clearly experienced, and collaborative. He answered all my questions. He provided both a summary and a detailed report, with all the problems clearly marked that will serve as a reference for me, if I decide to purchase this property. I strongly encourage you to use him and also make sure you are with him during the inspection. You will learn a lot about the property, and he will show you how to maintain it properly.

John did my (new) home inspection in 2018, and he left a positive impression on me that resulted in me saving his contact information to be used to refer their company to other people in need of a home inspection!
