Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boise Airport Canceled Our Room Without Notice, Then Refused Accountability I booked two rooms with double queens through the IHG app the day before our arrival. Shortly after booking, I called the hotel directly to ask about adjoining rooms. They said they were very full but could put us in rooms next to each other. They told me the rooms were already assigned and we were good to go. There was no indication of any problem with either reservation. When we checked in, the front desk said only one reservation was in their system. We pulled up both confirmation emails right there at the desk. Didn't matter.
