I purchased a home by Safa Homes and it's gas line was not grounded, neither of the two additions to the home were water-sealed nor insulated, and the deck was nailed together, creating a safety hazard. I've had to replace my deck and now in the process of having spray insulation added and the siding/wood behind exterior walls plus exterior doors replaced due to rotting.
