I contacted Jennifer Gonzales about a rental property that I was interested in not only did she not respond to my messages messages in a timely and prompt manner often a day later she never apologized or concerned herself with any explanations. I also scheduled with her twice to see the property and each time I was stood up with the last time getting a “sorry for the inconvenience” while I was parked at said property. Rude and unprofessional from start to finish. I even messaged her after this incident because of my desperate situation to find a place to live and she never responded. I don’t recommend her or this agency!

It is hard to believe that a real estate company fell for a scam that is so easy to catch, they can't even check to see if a provided identification is real by checking the numbers printed on it.

We fulfilled our lease and they never gave back our deposit. We left the building cleaner when we left. Mind you the building was absolutely filthy when we got it. They also told us 3000k a month then increased it on us last minute to 5000k. Stay away from renting from Bob. And Jennifer is the worst. 🛑

From the first day we contacted Century 21 here in fort Stockton, we were blessed to have Jennifer G. Help us through it all. She was there for every call, every question. Jennifer went above and beyond to find us a place we can call home and I’m so thankful For her and her patience. ( my husband would call like a million times a day lol) Thank you Ma’am so much. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They are the absolute worst real estate agency I have ever worked with. The agent wanted us to give our personal credit scores to seller, on top of 4% more Ernest money that what is required. They do not care about appraisals or doing things the right way. I have bought and sold several houses and this was by far the most bizarre experience I have ever had. Do not use this agency or ever work with Priscilla. She will nickel and dime you when all you are trying to do is find a home.
