Saddleview Apartment Homes

I have lived here for about a year and a half now and I've had almost no issues. The only issue/problem I've had is the trash can, there is only one for 20+ units. It gets filled extremely quickly and then trash is left around the bin and the birds get into it. They mainly just tell residents to make sure the trash gets in there but that is difficult when its already overflowing. The apartment itself is great though, I have a back unit so I don't see the parking lot, just some bushes and a bit of the interstate which makes it more private. I think in terms of noise its pretty quiet for an apartment, I hear our upstairs neighbors occasionally but that's to be expected living in apartments. I don't think the walls are anywhere near "paper thin" I can't speak for the buildings that are a few

Was visiting a friend for less than an hour, And received a warning that they were going to tow my car, it was 6:45pm and there was 10 open spots. Maybe that's their policy, but now I don't feel comfortable visiting my friend pretty much anytime. If you would like to have friends come and visit you would not recommend. EDIT: Replying to Saddle View Management, no one came and discussed anything with me last night. Just threatened to tow my car, and I was parked nowhere near the front row..... I took a picture of the sticker on my car so I can show you where my car was if that's something you want to debate. Thank you for your quick response and attempting to clear that up for me, but I'm still very confused and not comfortable parking there as I was not in the front row and still receive

Very close to 5 stars! Been here close to 2 months. Great value for the price. Super dog and cat friendly. We had an issue with a shower after hours and they were quick to respond and addressed it immediately. If they didn't have base board heaters in the rooms I'd give 5 stars!

I have really enjoyed living at saddleview. Whenever there was something wrong I just had to out in a request online and someone was quick to come fix it. I also like that management is so friendly. I do wish the people above me were a little bit quieter sometimes and that rent wasn’t as high as it is but overall, I have loved being here!

Saddleview made the moving/apartment application process easy for my family and I when relocating to Bozeman. I accepted a job and needed to move in two and a half weeks. They were responsive and answered questions quickly. They were also understanding with our unique situation. My wife, newborn, pets and I have been enjoying the well kept grounds and peaceful atmosphere. Also, Saddleview maintenance has been prompt in responding to some minor issues that have arisen. My family and I are looking forward to the next six months here.
