Saddlestone Apartments

I was visiting a friend of mine that lives out there I had to stay almost a month, and this place is disgusting there's dog crap everywhere and it's gross I seen 1 lady picking up after her dog, the maintenance guy doesn't do anything but ride around on a golf cart, there's trash everywhere. I don't know who the manager is but whoever it is definitely isn't doing their job. This place has went downhill just in the last year, I do know one thing I wouldn't live here if you paid my rent! Just the short time I was there I never seen anyone come out of the office, it needs new management and maintenance.

The maintenance sucks there is a literal river from a building leaking so much water and they said well we tried to fix it and it keeps leaking so the owners are definitely paying a lot more money in a water bill to the city that it would cost to hire actual plumbers and also the maintenance will only fix had the problem then say we’ll be back and never come back the complex manager does absolutely nothing to stay on top of maintenance issues so also assuming the owners spend a lot of money fixing problems that could have been way cheaper if they had responsible and hard working staff but they clearly do not if you move in here you have nothing but problem after problem because clearly the people that invest in these properties, don’t give a shit about making money because if they did, the

Ive lived here for a little over a week. I havent been able to take a shower in 4 days. When I call in for an update one of the office ladies is extremely rude and unprofessional. I dont know what to do because im pretty sure they want my rent on time. Im beyond frustrated and to be met with rudeness is unacceptable

Had to move from here cause my mom passed 3 years ago. this complex was very unprofessional with pest control, EVERYTHING! someone’s water pipe bursted and left water flooding everywhere when we lived downstairs. Water was at least 2 inches above the ground. They didn’t want to do anything about the roaches and the rats living in our complex. not to mention my mother was very sick and they didn’t nothing about it but just paint it black and white. Do better.

I moved in this apartment and been here for six months and have had nothing but problems. I’ve was moved into two different apartments and both have flooded with water in the bathroom. No one has come to fix them and cannot figure out the problem. Every time I put in a work order nothing gets fixed. It has been problem after problem, starting with the water in the floor, then water coming through the door frame and mold, growing on the walls and nobody ever came to fix it. I have filed complaints with the health department.still nothing!
