Saddlebred Park Apartments

I want to start off by saying that I really liked my apartment here, it was spacious and pretty nice for the price, about the quality you would expect for a new build. Additionally, the maintenance team was always quick and efficient with requests and I really appreciate that. What I did not like about living here was communication issues with the property management team. Emails would take several days and a follow up or 2 to get a response and a lot of the mass communication they sent out generally just had a passive aggressive tone. For example, this past winter we got a lot of snow and when the plowing company cleared the parking lot, they banked everyone in to their parking spots. It took me a good 45 minutes to eventually get out of my spot because I had nothing else I could do but

Nykki has been around since I renewed my lease in August of 2022. Her communication has been absolutely amazing, anytime I need anything she answers the phone or her email in a timely manner. She always was sure to give me a heads up prior to people coming into the apartment which I greatly appreciated. The property manager prior did not communicate well or respond, so Nykki taking over has been truly life changing. She has been very supportive in my recent departure from the apartments and if I am ever back in Kentucky I will forsure be reaching out to come back.

I got the pleasure of working with the manager of these apartments, Nykki. There are a lot of apartments that are comparable in the area, but none of them have Nykki! Not only do I have a beautiful new home now but a new friend too. You should choose Saddlebred, and say hello to Nykki while you’re there!
