Saddle Creek Apartments

I just moved into Saddle Creek about a week ago, and I’ve already had a great experience. The manager, Lia, has been amazing from day one. She’s friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. Any time I’ve had a question, she’s been quick to help and always handles things with a positive attitude. It’s rare to find a manager who’s this involved and this easy to work with, especially when you’re new to a place. So far, everything has been smooth, and a lot of that is because of how well Lia runs the community. I’m really glad I chose to move here.

As a long-term resident, I’ve had many interactions over the years, and I can confidently say that Stephanie Robinson truly stands out. Her customer service is consistently exemplary, and her kindness makes a real difference. She takes the time to listen, shows genuine care, and ensures everything is handled thoroughly and professionally. It’s reassuring to know that someone like Stephanie is there—she reflects the level of service and compassion that keeps residents feeling valued and supported long term. She is a true asset, and I sincerely appreciate all she does.

I move in 2/17/2025 an I love my apartment I absolutely adore Lia she is. She is wonderful. She’s very on time kind respectful I give her a five star.

I am new at Saddle Creek Apts. I want to thank Lia in management for all her help. Lia is so loving, kind and patience. I had to call her several times for her help and advice. She really made me feel like family. I know I’m in the right place. Thank you again Lia.

Recently moved into these apartments. Good location, good price. Manager Lia is very responsive and kindly introduced the rules. There was a small breakdown and it was fixed an hour after contacting the manager. I recommend. 🌸
