Saddle Brook Landings Apartment & Townhome Community

I’ve been living here since September 2020, and it’s honestly a really good townhouse complex. I’ve had no problems at all, except for one light pole that doesn’t work between Abraham and Lambert Wickes but it doesn’t really bother me. I like the idea of rebuilding the houses and making them gray. I also think keeping the old gray gazebo would match nicely with the new dark gray houses you’re building. I even liked when there used to be a store on the way into the neighborhood. Overall, I really love living here.

Staff was pleasant throughout the process of applying, pre-move in and also when I moved into the apartment. They did the pre- move in walkthrough with me to see if there was any issues I had and made maintenance work orders to things that needed repair.

My moving experience was one of the best experiences. The Grace and the staff are all very nice and very honest. The whole process went very smooth and I'm very happy for my choice to live here. Thank you!

Everything went so smoothly! Grace, Michelle, Haley and everyone else in leasing were absolutely amazing and so attentive to any questions during the process!

So far I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is amazing, Michelle has been wonderful always answering my questions timely and being helpful. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and handled some electrical issues I had when I first moved very quickly. The grounds are well kept. Overall it has been an amazing experience.
