Mary is very friendly and will work with you in finding the appropriate apartment for you. Keith is a very nice young man and has helped in getting things fixed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, they don’t have a full-time maintenance person so it’s Mary and Keith who get outside services for the residence.

This is sad, lots of SNOW people parked on road and plow can't clean street good. If emergency vehicle has to come can't get through. No news letters to tell you what to do in storms but you should know a little common sence.Need extra help all year round.

Had to choose 1 star but they don’t even deserve it. Very very unprofessional management that I saw their real face end of my lease. They always get your security deposit in advance but at the end of the lease contract they don’t give it to you back although you deserve it. As I get close to the end of lease I requested couple of times for inspection team after I sent 2 month notice but they never completed this process but they did bring prospect tenants to see my apartment. The day came and I had to move out to another state but couldn’t reach to the landlord for 5 months because they wouldn’t answer my calls. Please be careful, know your rights and sue them if that happens.

No a/c in units. Call maintenance and they either don't show up or show up weeks later. 1 washer and dryer unit for a whole building of people. Kitchen is unbelievably small. It cannot fit more than 1 person at once. I gave 2 stars because the apartments are fairly spacious other than the kitchen and bathrooms.

Installed a light that lights up neighbors whole back yards and will not remove it. Horrible management apparently.
