Sable Chase Apartments

I’ve been here since January and nobody has bothered me which is great. The only thing that bothers me are the trees that are by my front door with huge roaches & huge spider webs that are in the middle of me and my neighbors walk way. I literally scream in terror when I get off work at night and have to run into a spider(I was bitten btw)because nobody has came to spray or at least get rid of some branches. AND YES THEY HAVE HUGE SPIDERS AND LITTLE ONES TOO. Also, I had an issue with water coming from underneath my carpet and I had to go to the front office for the issue because my maintenance requests aren’t getting handled. It will make 2 weeks Monday, June 16, 2025 since they came and took the bottom layer of my carpet out to dry and haven’t replaced it & my door is still off the hinge

Very nice property, I've been a resident for a long time and I really enjoy living here. Such a clean and peaceful environment. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for their next home!

Went here last week looking for an apartment for some time in July and was greeted with all the information I needed. My favorite part of this property is the ambiance it provides with a very nice sized unit for what I was looking for! Can’t wait until closer to the time I’m looking to move in!

I moved in and two weeks after my car window got busted out and my steering column was ripped out. I called the front office to ask what is going to be done about this. Two weeks?????? They said the manager of the complex would be reaching out to me. A month later I go to pay my rent and MoneyGram is down so I couldn’t pay it until the seventh. I find a note on my door for a late fee which I assumed I would have to pay. It is 595 the price it took to replace my window actually more. That is insane

Overall my service was great! Alyssia is very patient and understanding. Very sweet and informative. She tries hard to get answers and solve all concerns. My apartment looks great and was very clean. So far so good and I am satisfied.
