I’ve been here for about 6 months now, and when I tell you guys, this is the most amazing and very beautiful property to live in (home). The Office Management, shout out to them they make you feel welcome and appreciated. Their presence is very welcoming. We love them for that We’re all here as a Community to support each one another!!!

Just moved into Sabal Palms, Sofar, everything's Good. Nice Staff, Peaceful environment. Very connected with Nature, yet feels safe to walk around at anytime.

The apartment complex is very quiet thats the only 1good thing here, gate doesn't work since I moved in , new manager is rude ,not polite and she lacks customer service skills , apartment complex is Roach infested when you call the office phone no one picks up or when they do its like they or rushing you off the phone . Office hours is not convenient for 9-5 person that normally pass by on Saturday for assistance closed every Saturday but sign up front says still say open on Saturday. Grounds or not being maintain leaves and trash all over the walk way. Owners really need to check into some stuff complex standards or being dropped.

I feel as though there need to be more lighting around some buildings, especially the buildings by the pond. Also, the gates really needs to be fixed or would you consider having the City of Charleston Police patrol the area being that there has been some cars broken into? Other than these two suggestions, you guys are doing a great job.

Overall the place is nice and quiet. The only issue we had was the first 6 months we lived there it felt like the Office made an excuse each month to enter our apartment and none of them were official inspections. They ranged from pest control (which we had no issue with) to checking our screens in windows. One time was to check if our range worked (I would have put in a request if it didn’t). It was like they were checking for something but would not be up front about it. The front gate is pointless as it never works and is always open. You can get in the property by the compactor when it does work. It is a false sense of security. Maintenance was always quick to fix issues we had.
