They are Awesome! As a Realtor I have sold many homes built by S & S. They build a very nice home that is affordable and they keep in touch with the buyers and agents all throughout the process. They are quick to make repairs and honor the builder warranty. I know them all and have volunteered with Devon Sullivan. Plus they have an amazing team: Wendy, Lori, Shae, and Alisa. Of course all the sub-contractors are wonderful too. They are all great to work with.

There is no other builder I’d rather work with. They communicate throughout the whole process. Everyone is always kept current and up to date on the process of the transaction. Their home quality is top shelf. All the employees whether it is subcontractors, office staff, sales staff, supervisors and the owners are extremely kind, knowledgeable, prompt and honest. I can’t say enough about how incredible S & S Homes are. I highly recommend them.
