I've been here for almost 9 years. I've kept my mouth shut on reviews until now. I've seen other reviews web wide to the failure in community here and I can relate. First off, you have individuals living here on disability ( physically or mentally because of personal wars they fight) You also have VETERANS that live here. Veterans who served and fought for our right to even breath air. So, keep it respectful and CLASSY ( Especially if you're a guest. )

This is the management company for the public housing apartment complex that I live in and my rights and the rights of many other past and current residents are being violated constantly. This company urgently needs to be investigated by HUD or New Hampshire Housing Authorities about how it treats the tenants who reside in the low income section 8 public housing properties that are managed by this company, most who are elderly or disabled and are unable to advocate for themselves so they are left going unheard and forced to continue to live in unfair conditions and being treated unfairly by a company that is supposed to follow strict rules and regulations determined by HUD public housing authorities

They just took over our Apartment Complex in Byfield Massachusetts. Been here 4 yrs, 3rd Management Co to take over ...? Why ? Who's choosing the Different Companies and Why do they keep changing. Sounds like something fishy going on. Though I'm not judging K-S.yet, Give them a chance to see how they.are. I've heard good things about them, so they probably are decent. I have a real sore spot about Road and I experienced bullying on the road from one of this companies employees in their van. People are allowed to drive the speed limit and not be run off the road because it inconveniences somebody. Because you want to break the the law law and because you can't get up on time law does not mean I have to break the law to convenience you

One of the drivers this morning nearly ran me off the road on 101 east. I was ahead of him in line getting onto 101 from the bypass and he sped up and pushed in next to me staying right on the person's tail in front of us while basically riding the double yellow to make sure I didn't end up in front of him. Then he proceeded to ride the person's tail the whole drive up into manchester. This person shouldn't be driving. Especially while representing a company. What a bad look
